He began preaching when he was 15 years old, and evangelizing at churches at the age of 16. From then forward, he dedicated his life for ministry and to seek first the Kingdom of God, through education and letting the Holy Spirit train in ministry.

He worked in wide range of positions in ministry: Ranging from House Keeping, to Multimedia, Director of Church Ministries, Student Ministries, and more. He understands that it takes more than sitting on a pew, to further the Kingdom of God.

While Shelley was growing up, she attended church regularly, even if she had to walk. She loved to sing, and help out anyway that she could in the church. While in highschool, she helped in different areas in the church. From singing in the chior, helping with the van ministry, etc.

After high school, she graduated from Toccoa Falls College with a Bachelor of Science in Music with an Emphasis in Voice Performance. Later she graduated from the University of the Southwest, New Mexico with a Mastors in Early Childhood Education

Shelley has held many positions in the church since marrying Pastor Joel. Like Music Pastor, Children's Pastor, Van Ministry, Praise Team (while not the music pastor), nursery, Youth Pastor's Wife, etc.
